Our story began one summery afternoon in 2017 over a few drinks at the local pub. We saw a gap in the market for well designed, well built homes that are both functional and stylish.
With the help of some liquid courage, we decided to take a leap of faith and Linecrest Homes was born.
Our company philosophy is to complete everything to a standard we are proud of, and to build homes that we would be happy to live in ourselves.
This is kept in mind through every decision made - from the very start of the project, right through to handover of a completed home.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, we’ve built great relationships that we really value. We believe life is too short not to enjoy the people you work with!

LUKE
Luke is a qualified builder with 15 years of experience behind a hammer. Prior to starting Linecrest Homes, he built high-end residential houses which gave him a great eye for detail and an appreciation for those little extras that make a statement. He loves the satisfaction of a job well done and seeing people happy in their new home. When he's not on site, you can find Luke wake boarding, mountain biking, or spending time with his family and friends.⠀
NIKKI
Nikki does a bit of everything around here - admin, accounts, design, social media, and she's even been known to swing a hammer on occasion. With a love of good design and an affinity for organisation, Nikki helps ensure the builds run smoothly and the guys have everything they need to get the job done. In her free time, Nikki enjoys social football, wake surfing, trawling Pinterest, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
JARYD
Jaryd has been building for more than 10 years and has done a bit of everything - high end residential building, renovations big and small, and shop fit-outs. With all that experience, nothing much fazes him and he's happy to turn his hand to whatever is needed. His favourite part of building is the satisfaction of taking bare land and turning it into someone's dream home. When he's off duty you can generally find him somewhere outdoors - wake surfing, hiking, mountain biking, or enjoying food and drink in the sun with mates. ⠀
