Linecrest Homes is a proudly family-owned and operated building company, established right here in the mighty Waikato. Husband and wife team Luke & Nikki partnered with their brother-in-law Steve to start the business back in 2017, and we're still going strong today. 2 - How much experience do you have building high-end homes and completing extensive renovations?

Luke has been building architectural homes since he first began his carpentry apprenticeship at the age of 16. That was 20 years ago now so it's fair to say he's put in some decent hours learning the craft! The rest of our building team also have a broad range of building experience totalling more than 15 years, and Nikki in the office has more than a decade of construction industry experience. 

3 - Can you show me examples of your craftsmanship?

Absolutely! We believe the best way to showcase our work is by highlighting the beautiful homes we've brought to life. We absolutely specialise in building custom homes tailored to your unique vision. We don't have standard designs and we've never built the same house twice. Our passion is taking your ideas, no matter how unique, and transforming them into a one-of-a-kind home that's a distinct reflection of you and your family.

We've built everything from very cost-effective homes for clients on a tighter budget to beautiful architectural homes where clients have invested in higher-end selections.

The good news is, as a small, family-owned business, we don't have a lot of the big overheads that larger companies might. This means we're able to keep our pricing competitive without ever cutting corners on the quality of service or the build itself. We're committed to working with your budget, whether it's a $500k renovation or $5 million architectural new build, to bring your vision to life.

7 - Who will build my home?

When you choose Linecrest Homes, you'll have our dedicated team building your home. Our main boss-man, Luke, is not just managing; he's on the tools, physically bringing your dream home to life. The team who start your project are the same ones who see it through to completion. We do as much of the building work as possible in-house, and when an extra boost of labour is needed, the additional manpower we bring in has worked with Luke for many years and perform to our high standards. 

8 - Are you a Registered Master Builder and do you offer a Master Build Guarantee?

Yes we are, and yes we can! We're proud to be Registered Master Builders - we know it offers our clients peace of mind that we have been thoroughly audited, and we have the support of such a well established organisation. 

We are able to offer you a Master Build Guarantee which gives you further assurance that your build is protected if things go wrong when building or renovating your home.
